How to care your skin in summer

Summer is a great time to plan an outing or a trip. But at the same time, it brings a lot of skin problems along with it. 
This is the biggest problem faced by most people (between 19-28 age). In these time period, people give so much focus on their looks, skin care & diet. These must be necessary to take care of your skin from pollution, dirt, ultra-violet ray, and various skin because which can make your skin damage. In summer you effect by most of skin problems rather than winter. Cause of sweating, pollution, ultraviolet ray and dirt which mostly effect to your skin in summer but in winter we don't face these problems too much. 
     So, these are common problems that you can face in summer-
1)suntan
2)pimples
3)Dry, irritated skin
4)Folliculitis
5)Infection from a manicure or pedicure 
6)Melasma
7)Poison ivy, oak, and sumac (rash)
8)Prickly heat (or heat rash)
THE most problematic situation is when you have oily skin which is one of the major skin issues. And in summer this can affect your skin most rather than dry skin. 
And some simple solutions to tackle them. 

HERE HAS SOME TIPS WHICH YOU CAN USE
TO AVOID SKIN PROBLEMS IN SUMMER: 

1) Face Wash
The primary solutions to avoid the skin issues, you have to wash your face daily twice. If you have oily skin, then make sure whenever you'll feel your skin sticky then wash your face to clean the oil. The oil is the reason of skin issues. So, use your regular facewash daily twice. Try to use without soap facewash that can make your skin smooth and natural. 

2) Scrub Your Face
So, most people don't use scrub after the face wash. But I must recommend using Scrub after Face Wash to avoid the dirt and pollution which isn't easy to rid of by face wash. The face wash only cleans your upper skin not from the deep. Main reason always makes issue from behind the upper layer of your skin. 
By the advice of "dermatologists" use Face Scrub 2 days in a week after face wash. It will help you to care and pollution free skin. 

3) Face Pack

 Face masks are the perfect skin care treatment to help you with your skin care concerns. The right face mask can help hydrate skin, remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of your pores. They’re also an excellent way to help pull out impurities. Another advantage of wearing a face mask: the feeling of being pampered like you’re at a spa from the comfort of your own home.

We always heard that, we should drink water properly in a day to make your body hydrated through blood. The skin, being the largest organ in the body, also gets hydrated, even as the impurities and toxins get flushed out at the cellular level.

Water is always coming first which we need to live and keep us healthy. So, drink water regularly can reduce a lots of skin problems.

Another way to get good skin with less problem not even in summer also in every season. A proper diet chart makes you healthy always and flush outs every toxin from skin and make yourself in good condition.

If you are foodie and can't follow a strict diet chart that's doesn't matter. You can add these foods in your everyday routine to get glowing and healthy skin too. 

1. Soy

2. Broccoli
